Econotherm welcomes new Solex CEO

Updated: Oct 16, 2023

New Solex Thermal Science CEO Gerald Marinitsch visited Econotherm's offices in Bridgend, Wales earlier this month.

This represented Marinitsch's first visit back to the UK following this past summer's announcement that Solex had acquired Econotherm.

Marinitsch was announced as the organization's new CEO in mid-September. He first joined Solex in 2014, previously leading the company’s global business development efforts in industrial product lines and, later, Solex’s energy portfolio.

"I am excited to be taking on the role of CEO at Solex Thermal Science, with locations in Canada, Netherlands and the UK effective immediately," Marinitsch said in the announcement.

"My journey with this organization over the past decade has been extraordinary. Over the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with a tremendous group of colleagues from around the world, and look forward to our continue this journey."
